Bailey’s at Fenton
Barnhill partnered with Bailey’s Jewelry Ventures, Inc. to deliver the design-build construction of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry’s new flagship location within Fenton, Cary’s premier mixed-use destination. The project transformed approximately 5,000 square feet into a sophisticated luxury retail environment that reflects Bailey’s reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, customer experience, and timeless design.
The retail upfit incorporated premium architectural finishes, custom millwork, elegant display systems, decorative lighting, new storefront construction, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Every element was carefully coordinated to create a refined shopping experience while supporting security, operational efficiency, and long-term durability.
Working closely with 310 Architecture + Interiors, Barnhill managed construction from concept through completion under a Design-Build delivery method, ensuring seamless coordination, accelerated schedules, and exceptional craftsmanship. The completed showroom serves as a destination retail experience within Fenton while showcasing Barnhill’s expertise in luxury commercial interiors and high-end retail construction.
