ECU Ballard Residence Hall
The Steve and Nancy Ballard Residence Hall provides housing for all first-year Honors students at East Carolina University. The hall measures 205,760SF and includes 724 traditional and suite-style rooms as well as mixed-use space including a ballroom with pre-function and catering kitchen in the west building and a student services area and offices in the east building. Ballard Hall was specifically designed as the hub for the Living Learning Community (LLCs) programs at the university as a way to assist in the academic transition to the university setting and to provide students with the opportunity to experience the larger university in smaller, more personal groups.
