South Garner High School
South Garner High School spans 330,000 square feet over three stories. The structure consists of a combination of load bearing masonry in the athletics and performing arts wing coupled with a three-story structural steel structure to house classrooms, offices, dinning as well as the kitchen. The exterior façade consists of storefront glass, curtain wall, metal panel and utility brick construction. Exterior improvements include construction of offsite utility improvements, road widening, new drives, new athletic facilities and parking areas along with landscaping, sidewalks and fencing. The school includes 111 classrooms and accommodates more than 2,300 students.
