Lincoln County Courthouse

The Lincoln County Courthouse project included the construction of a new three-story, 104,000-square-foot facility comprised of office space, courtrooms, and detention units with extensive site work and hardscapes. Site improvements included grading, utilities, stormwater, paving, and landscaping. The facility consists of four floors to meet the court’s projected needs for the next 20 years. The space features a magistrate courtroom, clerk of court offices, seven courtrooms for district and superior courts, guardian ad litem offices, district attorney offices, and inmate court holding. The building also includes areas for probation and parole offices, district attorney, jury assembly, grand jury, and other related court functions. The building systems include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and access controls. In addition, a secure vehicle sally port for inmate transport and enclosed secure judge parking were provided.
