Bojangles Ovens Link Facility
Barnhill partnered with the City of Charlotte to deliver the Bojangles Ovens Link Facility addition, expanding the company’s food production and manufacturing operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 37,000-square-foot addition was constructed using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method and was designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing facility while supporting increased production capacity. The project included administrative offices, employee support spaces, conference rooms, training areas, and manufacturing support functions, all completed with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
DETAILS: The 37,000-square-foot facility addition expands Bojangles’ manufacturing campus with new office, training, conference, and production support spaces. The project provides modern work environments while improving operational efficiency and accommodating future growth.
SCOPE OF WORK: Barnhill served as Construction Manager at Risk, coordinating site work, structural construction, building systems, interior finishes, office space, employee amenities, manufacturing support areas, and utility connections required for the facility expansion.
