Barnhill installed stone, curb and asphalt paving for the 6-acre Critical Public Safety Facility. The scope of work included installation of asphalt for a 216-space parking lot, 4,834 linear feet of curb and construction of concrete seatwalls as a safety feature. The seatwalls are constructed in the plaza area and includes concrete pedestals supporting large granite artwork at the main entrance to the facility.
