SouthPark Regional Library
The Morrison Regional Library Renovation and Expansion project consisted of the renovation of 24,454 square feet of existing space with selective demolition of both site and building components. Additionally, 2,257 square feet of new space was added to the library enclosure. The library now features glass walls, more windows and open space – including a self-service cafe on the first floor, expanded areas for children, new meeting rooms, an upstairs portico, and an expanded conference room. Additional upgrades include ADA, technology and energy improvements, new fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
