Southeast Guilford Middle & High Schools
The Southeast Middle and High School project included multi-phased renovations to the existing schools and the Annex Building adjacent to the high school. Renovations included concrete footings, structural steel, masonry and metal stud walls. Exterior improvements to the buildings included new brick veneer, canopies, roofing and windows. Sitework for the project was extensive and included relocation of utilities, new asphalt paving, sidewalks, landscaping and amenities.
The middle school addition included space for a media center and gymnasium and the high school renovations included areas for administrative offices as well as a new gymnasium.
