Wake Tech Health Sciences Building
The Health Sciences Building houses classrooms and laboratories for Wake Tech’s Health Sciences Programs. The project is located on the college’s Northern Wake Campus and measures 64,000 SF over three floors. The facility features three state-of-the-art video conference rooms, offices, administrative support space and 16 classrooms, six laboratories and one STEM lab center where students work together, collaborating in the study of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The center is equipped with wireless access, space for study groups, and whiteboards.
The facade consists of a blend of curtain wall, storefronts, brick veneer, fiber cement panels, metal panels and aluminum panels. The building is LEED® Gold certified.
