Wilmington International Airport Taxiway Rehabilitation

The rehabilitation project at Wilmington International Airport included complete overhauls to eight taxiways that service the two main runways at the airport. The project was set up in eight individual phases, each with a time limit of 21 or 30 days from shutdown to reopening for plane traffic. These concurrent project durations reduced the runway closures and operational impacts on aircraft using the airport.
