Apex Senior Center
This project included the construction of a new 28,000-square-foot senior center to serve the town of Apex. Situated in the heart of Apex, the new building is an addition to the existing campus which includes the Town of Apex’s Town Hall and Community Center. The new Senior Center offers exercise and yoga rooms, multiple classrooms, flexible meeting rooms, a catering kitchen, an arts and crafts room, a pottery room, a welcoming reception area, an informal activities room, as well as storage and office spaces. This project also included the rerouting of existing utilities and infrastructure currently serving the two adjacent buildings.
