Boylan Pearce Building
When the owner bought this historic building located on Fayetteville Street in Downtown Raleigh, he wanted the first step to be restoring the 26,000-SF building to it’s original appearance in 1911. Barnhill was hired to restore the Boylan Pearce Building to its previous look as the Boylan-Pearce Company. The scope of work includes both side exterior renovations and interior upfits.
