Wallace Educational Forum Administrative Building

This new three-story administrative facility centralizes all key education departments into a single, efficient location in downtown Salisbury. Its striking dome-topped design provides a prominent anchor to the north end of Main Street.
Inside, the building houses critical functions including a main floor multi-purpose/school board meeting room, Finance, Human Resources, and the primary IT equipment room. The second floor supports the School Superintendent’s Office and nine additional administrative departments, while the third floor features a large training room, four more departments, and future expansion space.
To optimize the two-acre downtown site for essential parking, we implemented an underground stormwater filter system, showcasing smart design and resourcefulness in a dense urban environment. This project redefines administrative efficiency and community engagement.
