Barnhill renovated the GlenLake Seven (in GlenLake Office Park) building which is owned by Highwoods Properties and is now home to Martin Marietta. The building serves as the aggregate producer’s new headquarters and is simply stunning. It features five stories totaling 125,000 SF with beautiful glass sliding doors throughout, rocks from some of Martin Marietta’s local quarries, and an intricate staircase in the eye-catching, two-story front lobby. This staircase is made of stainless steel rails, glass panels, and beautiful stonework. Featured amenities include a conference center, a café, and activated outdoor spaces for employees to enjoy.

SCOPE OF WORK: Tenant upfit construction including interior demolition, workplace renovations, executive suites, conference center, training rooms, café, break areas, monumental staircase, premium finishes, glass systems, mechanical and electrical upgrades, technology integration, and outdoor amenity spaces.
